Logistics Coordinator and Sales Analyst

Our Business Unit
Boost Collectibles is responsible for the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns, loyalty promotions for well-known retailers, especially in traditional food retail in GAS and with international (food)retailers.
 
As logistics allrounder you support in the selection and operational execution of the logistics process for our projects around the world. Your focus is to help deliver smooth project execution in terms of Logistics and help with improvement initiatives. 
 Furthermore you will be setting up and maintaining complex Excel-Files with regards to Sales and Logistics Data. By doing so you actively contribute to our campaign success as you are advising e.g. on production volumes or pricing as well as keeping a close eye on our running campaigns performance.
Your responsibilities with us
  • Execute the operational logistics part of our projects
  • Coordinate and monitor all logistics operations for assigned projects including all required documentation and custom formalities (invoices, delivery notes, certificates etc.)
  • (Pre-)budget the logistics solution cost for prospect projects
  • Support in analyzing the most effective (costs, timing) logistics solution for our projects (Ocean, Rail, Air, etc)
  • Troubleshooting in Logistics
  • Continuously work with the project team, Logistic Service Providers, clients on product availability, delivery schedules 
  • Manage the online sample store
  • Perform analyses in complex Excel Files
  • Support the Sales Team in project preparation phase by collecting relevant information from internal stakeholders and providing relevant information for production quantities, loyalty mechanisms and pricing.
  • Create reports of sales performance data for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Coordinate external market research institutes
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Support the project team in project controlling
What you bring with you
  • Bachelor education or adequate practical expertise and experience in international logistics organizations
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in logistics, or supply chain within Europe and Asia of consumer goods, toys and plush, or food related products
  • You have excellent skills in MS office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work with numerical data and carry out data analyses
  • You have proven problem-solving skills from assessment to solution execution
  • Basic knowledge of import procedures, incoterms, and customs duty processes and cost impact  
  • Knowledge of benchmarking and analysis techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You work in an accurate, structured and pro-active way 
  • Team player that is used to work within project team able to manage multiple projects and multitask in stressful situations
  • Not afraid to communicate with several internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel (abroad) to other Boost offices and logistic service providers when required
  • You speak and write English and German fluently and flawlessly; Dutch language skills or others are a plus.
