Deine Aufgaben

Kernaufgaben

- Selbständiges führen der Buchhaltung inkl. aller Nebenbücher
- Durchführung und Koordination des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Erstellen von Debitorenrechnungen
- Überwachung und Abstimmung der Kreditoren
- Abstimmung sämtlicher Intercompany Transaktionen mit dem Finance Team in den Niederlanden
- Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR
- Erstellen der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen

Mögliche Zusatzaufgaben

- Vorbereitung und Abwicklung der Revision
- Erstellen von Auswertungen und Analysen
- Unterstützung bei zusätzlichen finanzspezifischen Aufgaben bzw. Projekten sowie Stellvertretungen innerhalb des Teams

Das bringst du mit

Sie besitzen eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und haben sich zum Fachmann/frau Finanz- und Rechnungswesen weitergebildet
Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
Abschlusssicher nach OR
Deutsch fliessend sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
IT-affine Persönlichkeit mit hervorragenden MS Office Kenntnissen sowie idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics AX- und/oder D365-Anwenderkenntnissen
Selbständige, flexible, engagierte und exakte Arbeitsweise, analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die den Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen schätzt und sich in einem dynamischen und fordernden Arbeitsumfeld wohl fühlt

Your responsibilities with us

Core Responsibilities

Independently manage the accounting, including all sub-ledgers
Execute and coordinate payment transactions
Prepare accounts receivable invoices
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable
Reconcile all intercompany transactions with the Finance team in the Netherlands
Contribute to monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
Prepare VAT returns

Potential Additional Tasks

Prepare and support audits
Create reports and analyses
Assist with additional finance-related tasks or projects, as well as provide backup support within the team

What you bring with you

You have a commercial education background and have completed further training as a Certified Finance and Accounting Specialist
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Proficient in preparing financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
Fluent in German and have very good written and spoken English skills; any additional foreign language is an advantage
An IT-savvy personality with excellent MS Office skills, and ideally user experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365
A self-reliant, flexible, committed, and precise working style, with strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of new concepts
An open and communicative personality who values interaction with various stakeholders and thrives in a dynamic and demanding work environment
