Boost Services AG, consisting of the Finance, HR, and IT departments, acts as a central service provider for the other three business units of the Boost Group: Boost Collectibles Promotions, Boost Loyalty Programs, and Shopper Marketing. Independently manage the accounting, including all sub-ledgers
Execute and coordinate payment transactions
Prepare accounts receivable invoices
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable
Reconcile all intercompany transactions with the Finance team in the Netherlands
Contribute to monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
Prepare VAT returns
Prepare and support audits
Create reports and analyses
Assist with additional finance-related tasks or projects, as well as provide backup support within the team
You have a commercial education background and have completed further training as a Certified Finance and Accounting Specialist
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Proficient in preparing financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
Fluent in German and have very good written and spoken English skills; any additional foreign language is an advantage
An IT-savvy personality with excellent MS Office skills, and ideally user experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365
A self-reliant, flexible, committed, and precise working style, with strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of new concepts
An open and communicative personality who values interaction with various stakeholders and thrives in a dynamic and demanding work environment
