Boost Collectibles is responsible for the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns, loyalty promotions for the world’s biggest retailers, especially international food-retailers.
We offer a wide range of short-term collectibles promotions and instant reward programs aimed at different groups of shoppers: Kids, adults and families and services such as: Kids Collectibles and Family and Lifestyle.
We are looking for a passionate and professional Non-Food Merchandising supervisor  with proven track record to lead Merchandise teams in Shanghai China.
As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will oversee the merchandising team in Shanghai, ensuring successful product development, supplier coordination, and on-time production while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery standards. You will play a critical role in supplier management, market trend analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to drive product innovation and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities with us
  • Supervise and work hands on with the team, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow
  • Set priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met for all merchandising activities
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment
  • Support  of negotiate pricing, payment terms, and production timelines to optimize costs and ensure profitability during pitch phase 
  • Oversee production processes and collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  • Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement improvement as needed
  • Support of ensuring that backup suppliers are in place to manage large orders and minimize supply chain risks
  • Work hands on with cross-functional teams, including Category Manager, Project Manager, Finance, Logistics and Quality Team to ensure smooth workflow and project execution
  • Address supply chain challenges proactively and provide solutions to avoid delays of projects or disruptions 
  • Work closely with the creative and Category Manager to develop and execute new products  which is aligned with customer’s expectation , Market trends and company objectives
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept creation to sample approval and final production
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to support product and merchandising decisions
What you bring with you
  • Working experience as a Merchandising Supervisor or Manager for at least 5-8 years in the toy or hard goods sector
  • Excellent project management abilities with a keen eye for details and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis, market research, and trend forecasting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, service oriented and is able to work under pressure on several projects simultaneously
  • University degree 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred) 
  • Problem-solving mindset to address challenges in production, supply chain, and merchandising
